About the Role

Academics is partnering with a variety of secondary schools and academies in Hull to recruit motivated Science Teachers for supply and longer-term opportunities. This flexible role allows you to work across different school environments, sharing your knowledge while helping students develop a love for learning.

What We're Looking For

* A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS or PGCE in Science) * Recent experience delivering Science lessons at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 experience welcomed) * A strong grasp of the national Science curriculum and effective assessment strategies * The ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons * Skilled classroom management with a positive, student-focused approach * A genuine passion for encouraging curiosity and critical thinking in young people * Prior teaching experience in UK secondary schools
