We are recruiting a Teacher of Science (GCSE focus) from April 2026 to July 2026 on a full-time supply basis, with the potential for a permanent position from September 2026 for the right candidate. Supply teachers available immediately are also welcome to apply.

We are looking for a confident, creative Science teacher who can:

Deliver engaging Science lessons that inspire and challenge students
Apply positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment
Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including practical and experimental Science
Foster a safe and creative environment for hands-on scientific learning
Mentor Early Career Teachers or NQTs (desirable, not essential)Contract: 5 days per week

Who We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
Legal right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS and references (Overseas Police Check if applicable)
