The role requires the ability to use assessment effectively to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement and ensure that all students, including disadvantaged learners and those with additional needs, are able to make strong progress.

Working as part of a dedicated department, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of schemes of work, teaching resources and departmental initiatives that support high-quality teaching and learning.
