The role is based remotely, with 1 day in London per month, plus attendance of Festivals in London and Boston. You can be based anywhere in the UK.

The Company

At Front Line Genomics we have a simple social mission: to deliver the benefits of genomics to patients faster. We were set up following the death of the CEO’s father from a rare form of cancer, and we have a deep desire to improve the lives of patients and the general public. Our social mission is our priority, but we are a for-profit, commercial organisation. Our team culture is extremely important to us.

At Front Line Genomics, we support people working in healthcare organisations, academia/research and pharmaceutical companies to make better use of genomics, other omics and biodata. We also support technology companies, investors, government officials and patient organisations.

We have three core products:

1. Website and related content. The Front Line Genomics website (www.frontlinegenomics.com) (plus newsletters and social channels). Our content, designed to educate, inspire and engage, includes interviews, written articles, small reports and more.

2. Events: The Festival of Genomics & Biodata in London (8,000+ attendees, the largest life sciences event in the UK/Europe) and Boston (2,000+ attendees). Plus, a series of Leader’s Exchanges - boardroom-style meetings of senior scientific professionals.

3. Digital products: These include webinar series and reports.

We operate close to the centre of genomics in the UK and beyond, partnering with Genomics England, the NHS, Cancer Research UK plus other organisations, to help deliver our social mission. Our commercial partners include large multinationals such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, Nvidia, Illumina, Thermo Fisher Scientific, QIAGEN, plus 100+ boutique life sciences companies.

The opportunities for growth (career, earnings and experience) within our business are excellent. We have an impressive track-record and ambitious, achievable plans.
