Scientist (Antibody Formulation Development) Role:
- Perform laboratory-based experiments and analytical studies to support non-clinical and clinical development.
- Support pre-formulation and formulation activities, including lab set-up and technical resource coordination.
- Develop and optimise injectable formulations for monoclonal antibodies across the development lifecycle.
- Author formulation protocols, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Analyse and interpret data relating to biochemical and physical stability of antibody-derived molecules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CMC, development, and other project teams.
- MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ laboratory experience within biopharmaceutical development.
- Strong experience in protein/antibody analysis techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, iCE, UV spectroscopy, DLS, CGE, rheology, or particle analysis.
- Experience in formulation development and/or lab automation is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
