Advising clients on their legal rights and options following a personal injury Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients Negotiating settlements with insurers Representing clients in court

Qualifications And Experience

Qualified Scottish solicitor 2+ years experience in personal injury law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills

Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence. Good understanding of credit/debt hire controls Use of Proclaim
