Strong leadership skills with experience of working in a fast-paced operational scheduling environment resolving complex, competing priorities. Expertise in end-to-end scheduling and resource deployment at scale in an operational environment. This includes a good understanding of risks, issues and mitigation within resource and workforce planning. Excellent IT and data management skills particularly in managing large volumes of data. Considerable skill and experience in using advanced functions of MS Excel and Power BI.
