The Role As an SDR/BDR, you will be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through outbound activity. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate new business opportunities Book qualified appointments for clients Work across multiple campaigns and sectors Engage with senior decision-makers within target organisations Maintain high levels of activity and performance against targets

Requirements Proven experience in B2B telesales / telemarketing / SDR / BDR roles Strong appointment-setting experience Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
