This is a full-time on-site role as an Import Clerk located in Barking, Essex.

The Import Clerk will be responsible for handling import shipments, coordinating with customs agents, preparing import documentation, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures for Ocean shipments, mainly ocean freight, road is a bonus dont have to have that.
• Experience in import documentation and coordination with customs agents, essential skills physically logging customs entries. Systems use CNS, Destin8, and Multifreight. xbpsjku Some basic grasp of the process the rest can be taught.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems for import processing
