Join us in leading a high-performing team and ensuring our customers receive best-in-class support every step of the way How you create impact Lead, coach and develop the Reefer Customer Care team to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong customer relationships. Coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource planning, training, and coverage for absences. Foster strong collaboration with Shared Service Centres, Operational Care Centres, Branch Management, and Sales Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service, problem solving, and continuous improvement, supported by NPS measurement. Manage team performance, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development.
