Main responsbilities will include: Pattern Sealing and Grading - Finalise patterns to production-ready standards and accurately grade across multiple sizes while preserving fit, proportions, and technical integrity. Technical Specifications & Documentation - Produce detailed tech packs and spec sheets, including size charts, production notes, and seam allowances, and prepare Excel-based workbooks for production accuracy. Tech Pack Interpretation - Convert tech packs into workable garment designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and production requirements. Quality Control - Ensure all graded patterns meet technical and aesthetic standards before production to prevent delays or issues.
