Nestled near the charming village of Dunchurch, Draycote Water is a stunning 240-hectare reservoir offering a fantastic escape for anglers and nature lovers alike.

Home to a well-equipped fishing lodge and pontoon, the fishery is stocked with rainbow trout and is well known for providing excellent angling opportunities for both boat and bank angling.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for friendly, customer focused people to join the team, where you will be the face of our fishery both from within the fishing lodge and when assisting anglers on the pontoon. You will be maintaining our fishing boats, pontoon and angling equipment ensuring anglers have a safe and enjoyable visit. You'll operate our online booking system and answer customer enquiries both in person and via phone and email systems. Organising and delivering fishing events and working closely with the team manager to always ensure visitor safety and exceptional service.
