We are searching for a Seasonal Holiday Park Cleaner to join our Rudding Park Team. You will be responsibile for ensuring the highest level of housekeeping service in all areas at all times.
This is a fixed term contract starting either from:
1 March 2026 - 31 August 2026
1 April 2026 - 31 August 2026

JOB SUMMARY
To ensure the highest level of housekeeping service in all areas at all times
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide the highest level of service to our guests at all times undertaking reasonable requests to ensure the guest's comfort
Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness - bedrooms, holiday park lodges and cottages, public and staff areas
Undertake turn-down duties as per weekly rota
Refer guest complaints to a senior member of the Housekeeping Team in order to resolve the complaint to the guest's complete satisfaction
Ensure that trolleys and service points are kept orderly and replenished to the correct levels with linens, cleaning materials and guest supplies
Ensure that all corridors and public areas are kept clean and tidy ensuring that the trolley does not block any thoroughfares
Report lost property via the proper procedure
Maintain the highest levels of security ensuring that guests' rooms are secured after cleaning, keys are kept secure at all times and immediately reporting any suspicious behaviour or characters
Report any faults of equipment to maintenance immediately and also any faults within guest bedrooms or in public/staff areas
Undertake any periodic and special cleaning requirements as necessary
GENERAL
Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, customers and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and customer care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times.
Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment
Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.
In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:
Enhanced pay- 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
Company sick pay for up to 4 weeks
