Description About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join our resort team at Butlins during our busiest periods throughout the year.
We are currently recruiting team members to support our Easter Break. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fun and fast-paced environment while being part of a friendly team.
Following the Easter period, and based on positive feedback and performance, there may be opportunities to continue working with us during other seasonal periods, including July to September, October and December. There may also be the possibility of all-year-round positions for the right candidates.

About You As a Resort Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our guests by working across a variety of departments, ensuring high standards of service and helping our resort operate smoothly during peak demand. This is a varied and fast-paced operational role where no two days are the same, and you will be encouraged to get fully involved in all aspects of resort life.
We currently have opportunities available within Lifeguard teams, Fairground, Sports, Bars and Quick Service and Restaurant operations.
