Secondaries Associate

GPS Advisory is representing a sophisticated Secondaries platform on a discreet search for a mid-level (2-3 PQE+) Secondaries Lawyer.

This is a core-practice hire, with a clear track to equity and the ability to build a portable book of business across bulge-bracket firms and flagship funds.

The role sits squarely at the heart of the firm (not a side practice) and the team is keen to speak with attorneys who have exposure across:

• Buy- or sell-side Secondaries
• GP-leds and CVs
• GP Stakes (a growing arm of the Funds practice)
• Co-invests and complex fund restructurings
• Adjacent M&A experience (case by case basis)
