Secondary Cover Supervisor - Wellingborough

The Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies

Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment

Supervise pupils across a range of subjects

Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil participation and engagement

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring, etc.)

Confident, professional, and calm under pressure

Flexible and able to adapt to different subjects and year groups

A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
