What We Are Looking For QTS or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification in English. Recent UK teaching experience within secondary English (KS3/KS4, ideally KS5). Strong classroom & behaviour management with the ability to build positive relationships. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Reed).
