Secondary English Teacher – Full Time

Location: DaventryStart Date: After the Easter breakContract: Until the end of the academic year (potential to extend into September)Key Stages: KS3–KS4Qualifications: QTS/PGCE desirable but not essential

Day rate: £150-£190 (experience dependent)

Are you an inspiring English Teacher looking for a full-time role after Easter?Reed Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Daventry who are seeking a committed English Teacher to join them for the remainder of the academic year, with the strong possibility of extension into the new academic year in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive department and make a real impact on pupils’ progress across KS3 and KS4.

The Role:

• Full-time teaching of English across KS3–KS4
• Planning, preparation, and marking required
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support a range of abilities
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative department environment
• Support with intervention and assessment where required

What We’re Looking For:

• An enthusiastic xbpsjku English Teacher with strong subject knowledge
• QTS/PGCE is desirable but not essential

• Strong classroom management and a commitment to safeguarding
