Secondary Maths Teacher

Start: March 2026

Contract: Full-time

Milk Education are seeking a committed and resilient Maths teacher to join a dedicated department in a Secondary school in Liverpool (L25). The role will be teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths, with the expectation to plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to support students in developing a strong understanding of Mathematical concepts. This is a full-time position, starting asap, with the opportunity to become permanent if successful.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment * Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly * Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective learning outcomes * Uphold the values and standards of Milk Education and our partner schools

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent * Specialism in Mathematics – able to teach to KS3 and KS4 * Strong classroom management skills * Ability to build rapport with students and staff * Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Milk Education)
