  • Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong, calm, consistent behaviour management skills
  • Adaptable and confident with different lesson plans
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply
  • Ready to take on cover now and in the coming weeks
