Aspire People is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic secondary school teachers to join our pool of day-to-day supply teachers. Whether you're a specialist in a particular subject or able to teach across a range of subjects, we'd love to hear from you!

As a supply teacher with Aspire People, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of secondary schools across Birmingham. You'll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students continue to learn and make progress in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students in accordance with the school's curriculum and guidelines. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment. Adapt to a range of subjects and year groups, depending on the needs of the school. Provide feedback to the school on students progress and behaviour. Promote a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching in a secondary school setting. Ability to teach across a range of subjects. Excellent classroom management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and adaptable approach to work. Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (on the update service).
