We are looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant who thrives in a calm, structured environment and enjoys helping young people overcome barriers to learning. This role is ideal for someone who values empathy, creativity, and consistency. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting students in lessons, helping them access learning and stay engaged. Encouraging independence, emotional regulation, and social interaction. Assisting with lesson delivery, both in small groups and 1:1 settings. Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support. Maintaining accurate records of progress and supporting individual learning plans. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people, ideally those with ASD or other special educational needs. Knowledge of the National Curriculum and how it can be adapted for learners with additional needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
