The Role
We are seeking a qualified Supply Teacher (QTS) to deliver high-quality lessons across KS3KS5. You will cover lessons in a variety of subjects, support learning in line with school policies, and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a supportive school while making a real difference to students learning.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons according to schemes of work

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a calm, inclusive learning environment

Support students academic progress and wellbeing

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of students with SEND where required

Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of learning

Participate in school training, meetings, and pastoral initiatives as needed

Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience in secondary education

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Adaptable and able to respond to different subjects and student needs

Professional, reliable, and able to work independently

Experience supporting students with SEND is advantageous but not essential
