Your Classroom Impact

In this role, you will:

Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across KS3 & KS4 Support students of mixed abilities with differentiation and targeted strategies Build strong routines and a positive learning environment Contribute to department planning and wider school life Bring passion, subject knowledge, and enthusiasm to every class

We’re Looking For Secondary Teachers Who Are:

Qualified with QTS (ECTs welcomed) Confident delivering lessons to KS3–KS4 learners Adaptable, resilient, and reliable Strong communicators with a positive, professional presence Passionate about making a difference in RCT secondary schools Welsh speaking (beneficial, not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
