The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 Work closely with class teachers to deliver inclusive, engaging lessons Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support Assist with classroom management and daily routines Contribute positively to the wider school community Requirements Experience is essential for this role.
