Job Description

We require a full time secretary for our property division having an excellent track record with excellent typing, IT, communication, interpersonal and numeracy skills.


Responsibilities

Part of a two secretary team serving 8 professional staff with the following responsibilities:


  • Receptionist
  • Typing
  • Invoice and ledger maintenance
  • Filing
  • Maintenance of office stationary and equipment levels


Qualifications

English as a first language (O Level / GCSE)

Excellent typing skills

Excellent Word and Excel skills
