Security Assurance Co-ordinator required to work with a government department. This is a 18 month contract, paying up to £700 a day, inside IR35, onsite in London 5 days a week. Active DV Clearance is required. Summary: The Security Assurance Team (SAT) is responsible for ensuring the integrity and assurance of an Above SECRET (AS) network system. The SAT activities involve regular liaison with the customer base, Delivery Partner and Digital and co-ordination of security activities in relation to the AS system. The SAT has responsibility for acting as Crown Oversight on behalf of the department, observing policy and procedures of contracted suppliers' activities. Main Responsibilities: Deliver security assurance across systems and services Liaise with stakeholders including Delivery Partners, Operational Security Managers and Accreditor teams. Manage and review security-related service tickets and incident reports. Accompany assurance audits and physical reviews. Ensure compliance with security policy, accreditation frameworks, and system operating procedures.
