About The Role

Site location: Basingstoke,RG22 6PG

Shifts:All shifts are 12 hours, 06:00 18:00.Weekly pattern as follows:Week 1, Monday to Saturday - 72 hoursWeek 2, Wednesday to Saturday - 48 hoursWeek 3, Monday to Wednesday - 36 hoursAverage 52 hours per weekWe are looking to recruit an experienced Security Manger

What will you be doing?

Ensuring the team are kept up to date with events and important informationResponsible for scheduling the rotaResponsible for the teams holidaysAttending and contributing to monthly meetings with the client at Security Account ManagerAttending and contributing to quarterly tenant meetingsCreating and downloading monthly and quarterly incident analytic reports for the client Managing customer complaints Liaising and working with the local police by downloading and providing CCTV evidence of any incidents on siteConduct patrols of the leisure parkMonitor and manage Incident Report Management systemEnsure Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments are always kept up to dateMonitor contractors on siteCommunicate and maintain relationships with all tenants on site
About You

You will need a valid SIA license for this role and a CCTV License
