About the Opportunity
We’re working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber security transformation! I’m looking for a Security Services Governance Senior Manager to ensure proper governance, documentation, compliance with service standards, quality management of security services and continuous improvement of service delivery.
What You’ll Do
Maintain security services catalog and service definitions.
Develop service governance metrics and reporting.
Coordinate service quality reviews and assessments, supporting service audits.
Coordinate service improvement initiatives and manage service change control processes.
Maintain service management policies and standards.
Develop and maintain service governance framework and processes.
What We’re Looking For
Significant experience within service management and service governance.
A strong understanding of security domains and managed security services.
