The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Operate our Seed Cleaning Lines, cleaning a variety of seeds to meet pre-determined quality standards. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times to prevent contamination between different seed species and varieties. Recalibrate, service, and maintain machinery to ensure correct settings and optimal performance for different seed types (full training will be provided). Support treatment and bagging processes as part of our efficient and customer-focused seed supply chain. Were seeking someone with: A good understanding of machinery and basic engineering skills, but not essential. An interest in the agricultural sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive work ethic, with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands. A counterbalance forklift truck licence (desirable).
