We are seeking motivated and reliable self-employed cleaners to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to organise your own schedule while providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between locations. This position is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work with the opportunity to build their own client base.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in various domestic properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. - Manage your own schedule to accommodate client appointments and optimise your working hours. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and provide exceptional customer service. - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues. - Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and responsibly. - Keep accurate records of completed jobs and client preferences for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is essential. - Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for ease of travel between locations. - Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to understand client needs clearly. - Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and reliability at all times. - Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and organise your workload effectively. - Own cleaning equipment and supplies are an advantage but not mandatory; equipment can be provided if required. - A responsible attitude towards health and safety regulations within the workplace.
