We are looking for a reliable and experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to work across a portfolio of high-end residential apartments throughout London. This role suits a professional engineer who is confident working in occupied, premium homes and delivering a high standard of service.
The Role Gas breakdowns and fault finding Boiler and domestic gas appliance servicing Carrying out Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s) Repairs, replacements, and minor installations Working in occupied homes and premium residential environments Ensuring all works comply with current Gas Safe and safety regulations Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with residents, managing agents, and site teamsEssential Requirements Valid Gas Safe registration (must already be registered) Valid ACS qualifications (minimum 12 months remaining):
