What You'll Be Doing
Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business — no cold sourcing
Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention
Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through
Own your pipeline — from contact to completion
Learn, grow, and earn — with clear targets and ongoing coaching
