Self Employed Protection Insurance Adviser (Trainees welcome)

Location: Hammersmith – FT Office-based

This is a commission only high-impact, high-reward protection sales role with hot inbound leads, no cold calling, and a proven model:

  • £1,000+ per policy (typical)
  • Clients who need you — not who need convincing
  • Advisers feeding you qualified leads daily

Realistic OTE:

  • Year 1: £30,000–£50,000
  • Year 2: £80,000–£120,000
  • Year 3: £150,000+
  • Year 4: £175,000+


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business — no cold sourcing
  • Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention
  • Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through
  • Own your pipeline — from contact to completion
  • Learn, grow, and earn — with clear targets and ongoing coaching
