Motorclean have an opportunity for a reliable and motivated Self Employed Team Leader at a Car Dealership in Birgminham. Motorclean provide vehicle preparation services to a wide range of automotive businesses across the UK including car dealerships, rental companies and auction retailers. The Purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations, ensure high-quality service, promote excellent Customer Service and assist with the growth of the company. Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 Saturday 8:00 to 13:00 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support car wash staff during daily operations Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members Provide training and guidance to new staff Maintain health and safety standards at all times Handle customer questions or concerns professionally Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs Requirements:

Previous experience as a valeter Experience supervising or leading a team Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and customer service skills Full Driving Licence Flexible availability, including weekends What We Offer:
