The Role – SEMH Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2025, based in a well-supported primary school near Turkey Street Station.

Your role will involve building a trusting relationship with the pupil, helping them regulate their emotions, stay focused in class, and engage positively with learning and peers. You’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to implement tailored behaviour support strategies and interventions.
