Cover Supervisor – General Cover Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover across a range of subjects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and can maintain a calm, structured learning environment.

The Role You will supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning and that behaviour expectations are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising lessons using pre-set work across multiple subjects Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting pupils to stay focused and on task Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons Working collaboratively with support staff to maintain a safe environmentWe’re looking for someone who:
