We are currently recruiting for a resilient and committed SEMH / SEND Teacher to join a specialist setting in South Leeds.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity running through to January 2027, teaching primary-model pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This role requires a strong classroom presence, consistency, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with pupils who require structure, patience, and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging primary-level lessons tailored to SEMH needs Manage behaviour effectively using a calm and consistent approach Support pupils with additional learning and emotional needs Work collaboratively with support staff and leadership
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in SEMH, SEND, PRU or alternative provision Strong behaviour management skills Resilient, adaptable and relationship-driven QTS preferred, but strong unqualified teachers will be considered Competitive rates of pay from between £ 160 - £200   per day (AWR Compliant) We pride ourselves on intelligently matching our supply and permanent candidates to schools, ensuring that the opportunities stretch and fulfil career ambitions.
