This role is ideal for an educator who thrives on making a meaningful difference to the lives of young people with additional behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

Our students have often faced permanent exclusion from mainstream schools and may experience difficulties with emotional regulation, social interaction, and mental well-being. These challenges can arise from a variety of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, attachment disorders, or other neurodivergent profiles.
