About the Role:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEMH Create a supportive and structured learning environment to promote emotional regulation and resilience Develop and implement individualised learning plans and behaviour strategies Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic care and progress Track pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
