Requirements:
Proven experience supporting students with SEND, SEMH, ASC and ADHD
DBS registered on the Update Service
Excellent spoken English
Full-time availability
Experience in behaviour management and de-escalation; Team Teach training preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
Support pupils' learning and emotional wellbeing in the classroom and across school
Assist in implementing individualised support plans and behaviour strategies
Work closely with teaching staff to promote engagement and inclusion
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and planning
