SEMH Teaching Assistant – Norwich Start Date: Ongoing from September 2026 Contract Type: Flexible – Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Salary: Competitive Daily Rate Paragon Education is recruiting experienced and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to support specialist provisions and alternative education settings across Norwich. These roles involve working with pupils who require consistent support, clear boundaries, and strong relationship-building to engage with learning. You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, many of whom have experienced barriers to mainstream education and require additional emotional and behavioural support.
