We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Solihull. The successful candidate will have experience working with children or young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, demonstrating patience, resilience and strong behaviour management skills. You will support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping to implement personalised learning and behaviour plans, promote emotional regulation, and foster a safe, nurturing environment
