We’re looking for nurturing, resilient, and proactive individuals to work on a casual, ad-hoc basis in specialist education settings in the Attleborough area. This role is ideal for those with an interest in behaviour support, dysregulation, and trauma-informed practices , and who are ready to make a meaningful difference—one relationship at a time.
The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
Help manage challenging behaviour with empathy and consistency
Build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma
Support the class team in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
What You Need to Know: Casual/supply work to cover staff absence and support school growth
Minimum 2 days availability per week
Full-day shifts only : 08:30 – 15:30
Work available Monday to Friday, term time only
