The role involves working across KS1–KS4 to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them regulate emotions, build confidence, and access learning. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, promote positive behaviour, and contribute to a nurturing, structured environment.

A calm, flexible approach and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable learners are essential. Experience in SEMH or specialist settings is an advantage.\n\nThe School – SEMH Teaching Assistant\n\nThis mixed SEMH school based in Lewisham is home to approx. 100 KS1-4 pupils.
