SEMH Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering engaging lessons adapted to SEMH needs.
Support students with emotional regulation and social skills development.
Monitor progress and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment.Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (desirable).
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and patience.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).full-time term-time only. Benefits: Ongoing CPD training, pension scheme, and wellbeing support.
