This rewarding role involves supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing tailored support to help them engage confidently with learning and social interactions. We are looking for exceptional individuals committed to fostering development and creating a positive, structured, and nurturing environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting children with SEMH needs, helping them develop emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence.

Providing structure and consistency to ensure children benefit from a stable routine.

Assisting with lesson preparation and delivering tailored activities that promote engagement and development.

Building strong, nurturing relationships to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

‍ The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous experience working with children with SEMH or SEN.

Demonstrate a calm, confident, and compassionate approach, especially in challenging situations.
