SEMH Teaching Assistant – Norwich

Driving essential Full UK licence and access to a vehicle required—placements may vary across Norwich.

What you’ll do:

Support pupils with complex emotional, behavioural, and learning needs

Help deliver engaging lessons (literacy, numeracy & more)

Manage challenging behaviour with calm authority

Create a structured, safe, and positive learning environment

Strong behaviour management skills
