Academics are seeking a resilient and supportive SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with pupils requiring additional emotional and behavioural support in a primary school in Margate.

What you'll do as an SEMH Teaching Assistant:

* Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
* Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
* Assist with behaviour support strategies
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
* Promote engagement with learning activities

What we're looking for in an SEMH Teaching Assistant:

* Experience supporting behaviour needs (preferred)
* Calm and consistent approach
* Strong teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
