The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, and behavioural challenges. You will work both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils regulate their behaviour, engage with learning, and develop key life skills.
Your role will involve implementing structured strategies, supporting personalised interventions, and maintaining a calm and consistent presence in the classroom. Building trust and acting as a positive role model will be central to helping pupils progress both academically and personally.
